In what ways has this kit improved students awareness of nutrition and healthy eating? The children now have a good understanding about what is a vegetable and what is a fruit. They know that plants need both sunshine and water in order to grow which we were able to link to ourselves and what we need to grow and be healthy- sleep, good food
The children loved this kit and were very interested in the learning at all times. The crack the codes were particular favourites. The children were so excited to see their seeds starting to sprout. We are look forward to the next stage- when we plant them in our planter box and continue to care for them. The children have taken great ownership over their seedling also.
