Thank you for providing Team 13 at College Street Normal School with a Little Garden kit. The children were so excited to become a LGL Member and learnt lots about growing plants and the different types of herbs and vegetables. Our LGL members loved growing their plants and took their job of caring for their plant very seriously! It was a great day when their plants showed started sprouting!! The card game was great fun and provoked a lot of discussion and was an excellent way for children to be prompted to share their prior knowledge and experiences. We really enjoyed growing our little gardens and now we are looking forward to potting them and hopefully eating them!
