We transferred our knowledge into Health and PE - talking about healthy bodies and minds. The knowledge we got we also applied in literacy by creating posters, directions writing (linked with our inquiry topic) and even inspiration for a great story.

Student attitude was positive. All students were excited to grow their little garden, take care of it and try it.

Most students knew about the main / common vegetables. They enjoyed relating their knowledge and extending these. Some less commonly eaten vegetables were questioned by students. Students were excited to discuss these, see how they grew and try them.
