It got us talking about all the vegetables we have tried and what we did/did not like. Being able to have a discussion and in a way that isn't pressurised (e.g. they are not being told they have to eat it) meant that students could make connections to oth

More students are able to name the vegetables we grew than they could before starting this learning. One of the highlights has been learning the maori names for common vegetables.
