My students really enjoyed the whole process of planting, learning how we care for our seedlings, to taking these home to plant in their own vegetable gardens. The resources in the kit were excellent and engaged the children. The students had quite a good understanding of why we need vegetables in our diet but by using this kit they increased their knowledge of different vegetables that they could try. The students engaged in lots of discussion about vegetables and were very excited to observe their plants growing.
