This unit helped students understand the 'why' around eating the rainbow and encouraged them to consider their own diets. Maybe they have tried new things at home as a result!

I imagine this would have been great had myself and my child not gotten covid and had 2 weeks off (split class/no receivers) - many seedlings didn't make it. Students did learn a lot through the initial theory & build up though this is just based on obs d
