I would use this model, and the local community to help me. We have used TeAna before and that has been a wonderful springboard into storytelling, navigation, and rivers and stars.

Yes it gave me much more confidence and brought a very local feel to the resource stories. I am a local in South Canterbury, but now I have very fresh eyes about my history.
