How has this kit impacted your confidence in delivering the new Aotearoa NZ's histories curriculum content? I believe it will boost confidence but it does still need a lot of unpacking by teachers for children.

How has this kit motivated you to explore the history or your local area? Could you use this model? I am motivated by the kit and the stories but feel I perhaps didn't choose particularly well for a first attempt at using the kit.

“It was very exciting receiveing the box and unpacking it. The photos and resourcess were incrediable. My class really enjoyed the lessons based on our area. We all learnt a lot which was great. The website was wasy to use and follow and I enjoyed the lessons.”

“Students were so engaged with this unit. We worked through several as a class as for year 5s many of the stories needed to be retold at a more accessible level. (Would be perfect for years 6+) However after becoming really familiar with the process, they were each given a story to explore in small groups. The precious little items in the kit were absolutely the hook that got them going! (Particularly the “real gold”!)”
