How has the kit helped to develop prosocial behaviours? Children speak about their feelings and support each other. They can discuss various scenarios and are able to be solution based when faced with challenges.
How have the components within the kit influenced the relationships in your classroom community? Students are more thoughtful of others. They are taking this into the playground and are very proud when they have been able to support and encourage younger students.

How have the components within the kit influenced the relationships in your classroom community? The children show their understanding of a respectful relationship by the way deliberately look out for others and notice when someone might need help.

How have the components within the kit helped develop your students understanding of what a respectful relationship is? They have agreed on different ways to show that you want to and can treat people kindly. I feel this prior learning will be a great segway way into our Term 4 unit of Keeping Ourselves Safe.
“A well put together resource. Lockdown impacted our use of it but we used some aspects in term 1 and used some in our term 2 unit as it fitted well with our PYP approaches to learning.”

How has the kit helped to develop prosocial behaviours? We have noticed children saying hello to people they usually wouldn't talk to and being really aware of the new children starting school and helping them learn about the classroom.
How have the components within the kit influenced the relationships in your classroom community? The children use the language from the kit such as recharging their batteries to be ready for learning. The children have enjoyed circle time using the open ended question cards.

How have the components within the kit helped develop your students understanding of what a respectful relationship is? The children loved the Playlunch Project and were really proud when they could swap their stickers with others. This encouraged the children to play with other people that they normally wouldn't engage with, helping build relationships.
“We loved this kit! The resources were up to date and really engaging for the kids to use. Super positive and really made such a great difference with friendships and acceptance. Thank you!”

How have the components within the kit helped develop your students understanding of what a respectful relationship is? Yes it did and it tied in well with our school values that is one of our values so I was able to integrate it into the teaching of the school values within the classroom as well.

How has the kit helped to develop prosocial behaviours? The children loved finding different children within our year group to play with. We used the coloured stickers and the playground lunch project, and the class were encouraged to play with others and make everyone feel happy and included and welcome.
How have the components within the kit influenced the relationships in your classroom community? Playground project was excellent for helping children to reach out and connect with different children that they may not normally have played with.
