How have the components within the kit influenced the relationships in your classroom community?
Our children are more understanding and open to other perspectives and points of view. They're aware that the things they say and do can affect how others feel (even if that's not their intention).

How have the components within the kit helped develop your students understanding of what a respectful relationship is?
Having something concrete (the poster, the discussion cards, the booklets) meant we could talk about more abstract concepts like perspective, respect, trust etc. We also use Zones of Regulation across our school, and do regular, specific teaching of these
