How has the kit helped to develop prosocial behaviours? I absolutely loved the play lunch concept it was the most valuable part for our class. I love the recharging station, the children used this lots. We found the conversation question cards were very interesting as well. All in all I loved the way this kit

This kit has shown my children the positive benefits of having a good friendship with everyone in the class, that it’s ok to have one best friend but it’s even better to have many different kinds of friends, it has made them have a deeper understanding of

How have the components within the kit helped develop your students understanding of what a respectful relationship is? Very good to work from teacher driven perspective with these younger children. Felt it was more suited to older children and had circumstances been different would have passed on to the next year level.
“Beautiful kit with well made resources. Just a pity that lockdown got in the way to really use this kit. I will be going back and using the kit and looking at the resources again as I think this is an awesome topic to start the school year off with. Fun, colourful and appealing to teachers and students.”

One of our school values is respect and we also do PB4L so we already do a lot of talk and work around respectful relationships. Some of the components of the kit helped reinforce this.

“This was an amazing kit which arrived at a time when some children were not coping (even though they may not have expressed this). Throughout this term we have looked at effective relationships and how to maintain them. This kit is relevant to any class at any time of the year. Focussing on working together in being respectful and that it is a team effort was easily shown in the battery.”

How has the kit helped to develop prosocial behaviours? Initially the kids were keen and developed there beliefs in how to treat others, but if it wasn't visited regularly some stuff feel away.

How has the kit helped to develop prosocial behaviours? My classroom is girl heavy, this helped them to learn to make and play with other friendships when their usual friendships were under stress.
How have the components within the kit influenced the relationships in your classroom community? The playground project encouraged my class to play with eachother during break times. They enjoyed coming in and swapping stickers, it became a good habbit and was nice to see new relationships build.

“Our classes loved this kit - it was a perfectly times response to return to school after lockdown and Covid-19. The children especially liked the Playlunch Project, which we joined up with the other Junior class and found the children moving beyond their comfortable friendship circles to form new relationships.
