How has the kit helped to develop prosocial behaviours? They loved the sticker booklets and playing with a different child everyday. I am also going to use this kit at the start of the year as it will be perfect for all our new children to have a buddy to play with.

Not during as such - but definitely seeing more anxiety from children beginning school - so perfect to help with building resilience and talking with parents about what we are doing.

“The Respectful Relationships kit fit in really well with the start of the year and our unit of inquiry, Who We Are. It supported our teaching around respecting each other, making connections, developing new friendships and resolving conflict. It also tied in really well with our visit from the Life Education Trust and their focus on being upstanders. Thank you.”

How has this kit influenced your classroom community? Our class is showing some very respectful and kind behaviours. Yes, some children will take more take and are not quite there yet, but by continued use, application and practice, all my class children will make great strides.

How has this kit influenced your classroom community? Students really trying to find which other students were being positive with a good mindset. Took the emphasis off themselves as they were looking out for peers.

Perfect timing but still having quite a few students absent so those students were not as invested in relationships in the classroom as they had missed some of the great activities compared to the students who are attending daily.
