“At the start of the year, my class had a very low growth mindset and was not very positive about learning. I wanted to try anything and everything to change their mindsets. The self-esteem box has been a great supporting resource, and I have seen an improvement in their growth mindset.”

How has this the kit influenced the way in which students speak to each other? Students have used the Feeling Low cards to share with myself and each other in the class - it has been valuable to know and the way that they have spoken to each other has been supportive and caring
