“I have only just unwrappped the inflator today , a no d was immediately impressed with the build quality.
However ,I am having difficulty following the instructions .
Luckily I use a lot of common sense , so by tomorrow I should be capable of making the inflator work .”
“I have only used the RTC4000 once and found that it was easy to set up the required PSI into machine and then to attach the cable to the tyre outlet and although it took a little longer to complete the operation than my previous machines the tyre pressures where 100% correct.”
“For what I want it for, I feel it was a worthwhile purchase. It inflated 4 tyres from 33 PSI to 36 PSI and then ran out of power. Similarly, it inflated another car's 4 tyres from about 27 PSE to 31 PSI and then ran out of power. It's a bit noisy I guess, but not a problem. The instructions, as mentioned by others, are pretty terrible and it took me a while to work out how to actually get the thing to inflate, it's as simple as pressing the on button again, even though it's already on. Not obvious to me! I'll have to keep the device in the home to avoid too hot or too cold temperates as I suspect the battery will be the likely cause of failure and its end of life. The USB C recharge I like, is the same as my phone, so it's easy and I don't have yet another separate plug socket or adapter. The flexibility of no wires whilst inflating is great because it does make it easy. The hose adapter is ok but not as good as the one at the garage which is just a push-on. Overall, it's 4 stars from me.”
“Great compact unit, smaller than expected which is a bonus. Seems well made, but I have to say after a full charge, I decided to inflate 4 tyres on an old car parked up in the garage. They were down to between 18 and 21 so felt this was a good test. Using the memory setting to 30PSI, the speed of inflation was much slower than I expected, I didn't time it accurately but after the 2nd tyre the battery was showing red. The tyres are 195/60/14, I've yet to try it on anything larger, but having been lethargic getting 14's to 30PSI, I think my 17's to 38 might bee too much.”
