“I had purchased 2 set of this headset for my office about a month ago and still not able to use them as having issues with them. When i called for technical support, i was being asked to contact Jabra Team directly. Not at all happy as what's the point of purchase if we can not use them. I had even called before buying them to confirm whether they will work with my deskphone model and after confirming with one of the operators over the phone, i placed order for 4 sets. Not at all happy, i am happy to return them back if i can exchange them with the one which can work with my deskphone as really need them for my office. I am happy for pay difference in price also if there will be any.”

And when you add one of these headsets to your cart you are also prompted to select your make and model of phone so that we can check which part is required for this feature.
This part is sold as an accessory as different phones require different parts for this feature to work.
