“I have received the product only to discover i cannot use it until i buy another part for the receiver for the headset to work correctly, complete waste of time and money”

We try to be super transparent when it comes to the additional parts required for wireless headsets by including this information in the write up about the headset.
And when you add one of these headsets to your cart you are also prompted to select your make and model of phone so that we can check which part is required for this feature.
This part is sold as an accessory as different phones require different parts for this feature to work.
