“Easy to use and set up, I was a bit concerned as our phone is not new- Cisco 7841. We needed the additional cord and for IT to activate the Hookswitch. I can answer calls away from my desk which is very helpful and it has a long enough range for mem to make a coffee in the kitchen - just like to expensive versions.”
