Sadly, this time I mistakenly ordered the wrong pillow, the regular rather than the soft which I prefer. I realised it immediately on arrival and called the support line. The lady was very helpful and assisted in the return process. A full refund arrived in my account a few days later. I am now in the process of reordering the correct new pillow for me.
