“I wanted a S&S futon, because I wanted a GOOD sofa AND a GOOD bed (and most clic-clak sofa beds are 30cm narrower than a double bed!). S&S customer service was excellent; they told me loads about how futon mattress technology has advanced in the last 20 years - and helped me to choose the right S&S futon for my needs.
