We opted for the additional headboard/arm rests which does make the whole thing look more complete. It is very comfortable and acts as a perfect guest bed. The instructions, although very simple, don't contain the clearest diagrams which led to a little confusion. But we experienced very friendly and helpful customer service and very quickly.”
