“I used this on an older stain (s) and it worked great. Two spots came almost 100 percent off and the third was diminished in color and size! Super impressive as I had had the carpets done professionally and with a home carpet machine prior...THIS was better than either of the two! I highly recommend!”
“Our issues are with the bottle/sprayer attachment and the sprayer top itself, not the S&O Remover solution.
1. The sprayer top does not stay tight and comes loose. If one doesn't catch that it has come loose, you will lose some or all of the solution, as we did. 1/4-1/3 of a new bottle wound up all over the kitchen floor as we cleaned a kitchen rug.
2. The sprayer top clogs frequently even after shaking the solution before each use. We have cleaned the sprayer top with warm to hot soapy water, but that only results in a good spray pattern for a use or two.”

It sounds like the bottles that you purchased may have been some of those. Although the issue has been resolved, it may take some time to reflect changes on the shelf depending on how inventory is filtered through. We are unable to find you in our system. “My heart dane puppy had an accident in the bedroom on light grey carpet. I had to shampoo the carpet but still had a stain left. I used the stain and odor spray just to see if it would work....and OMGOSH....I wish I had taken a picture. That stain was over a year old and it came out!!! Definitely keeping this in my cupboard for life!”
