“I initially ordered the Honeysuckle shampoo and 2 of the ear cleaners. My dog has a chronic yeast infection and I thought, based on their claims that this would end it. I received the shampoo but only one ear cleaner. I called to report that my delivery shorted my order and they were incredibly nice and sent out the replacement. I get the replacement and while it was in a sealed plastic bag, then top of the bottle wasn‚Äôt screwed on tight so it leaked into the bag. Plus they used a huge box for the size bottle the ear cleaner comes in which I found really wasteful. On top of that the products don‚Äôt seem to be making an impact, my dog is still itchy and starts to smell within 2-3 days. I don‚Äôt think it‚Äôs helping.”

Did your replacement get damaged? I'm so sorry about that! I will be happy to get another replacement in the mail for you if needed and I can see if we have any smaller boxes to ship it in.
Also - how long have you been using the Shampoo+Conditioner? I'd love to help! All pets are different and some need up to 2-4 weeks of consistent use for the skin to restore, but there are some other tips I'd love to offer if you are interested.
