“This was my first Solid Teknics pan and I love it Perfect for a couple of eggs or some bacon I cooked some shorter sausages in it the other night and they came out beautifully
I dont know if its phycological or not but everything tastes better cooked in these
I normally use stainless steel but so far everything just has so much more flavour and a better texture cooked in iron
I love the deeper sides which also catches any splatters Definitely going to get the 31cm frypan next Havent had any issues with sticking and have found so much joy in seasoning it They also heat up soo fast and loving the consistent even heat”
