“This was the first pan I bought and it has lived on the stove top since day one I never worried about seasoning the pan as some do I just used it Its now gone a lovely black colour with a thick non stick coating As described its a workhorse and its used for everything with only a rinse and wipe dry between uses Its only drawback is its a little shallow for bigger meal portions The answer is to buy a bigger pan or a deeper pot like one of the woks and Ive done both

“This is my go to pan It is the perfect size for cooking a few burgers or schnitzels and it just gets better with age As the seasoning has built up I have been able to cook stickier foods without losing the non stick properties
These pans are lighter than traditional cast iron and cook evenly They retain and conduct heat so well I find I can cook on lower flames It is a great feeling knowing I have bought something that will last me the rest of my life and realistically will last for my kids and grandkids too
