“I have 3 ausion pansthe smaller 19 the 26 and the 31 Theyre all fantastic and suit different purposes The small is the best egg pan ever But the 26 is the most versatile They handle really well once seasoned they dont stick they provide a wonderful cooking surface on a variety of heat sources and I reckon they might be unbreakable but Im going to look after mine for years to come and pass to my kids Only product Im slightly disappointed with is the baking tray as I feel it should have a raised edge the entire way round not just front and back”
