If I had to find a flaw and its not even a flaw Id say that the handle could be more comfortable to hold Its fine for me but my partner has small hands and can find it a tad uncomfortable for tossing food not that it stops her using it every day”

“I bought two frypans including this 26cm one and a smaller one I use the 26cm pan almost daily and have even used it to fry eggs for 8 adults The handles never get hot Its nonstick capabilities in this sort of use is almost magical including with a metal spatula and washed clean without special care of the surface Afterwards I put it back on the cooktop heat for 30 seconds to dry I use it most for steaks and other meat which sizzle and crisp up beautifully Im just waiting for the rectangular baking pan to be released to add to my collection”
