“Ive had this pan for nearly three years now Its my goto pan for just about everything I rarely pickup anything else Cooks beautifully provides even heat transfer and holds heat well while still maintaining the ability to fine tune the temperature as required As good for searing a steak as it is for making a delicate sauce Ill be using this one forever
If I had to find a flaw and its not even a flaw Id say that the handle could be more comfortable to hold Its fine for me but my partner has small hands and can find it a tad uncomfortable for tossing food not that it stops her using it every day”
