“Sehr geehrtes Sportstech-Team, das Fahrrad ist wirklich sehr robust und hochwertig verarbeitet. Auch die Abwicklung der Bestellung/Lieferung war einwandfrei, der Aufbau einfach und perfekt beschrieben. Da ich gerne Pässe fahre, war Hauptgrund für den Kauf des Bikes mit Bildschirm die Möglichkeit des Landscape-Ridings. Leider wurde ich hierbei schwer enttäuscht. Die Auswahl der Bergstraßen ist mehr als dürftig (Radeln durch Amsterdam! Habe ich ein Hollandrad gekauft oder ein Sportbike? Hier hoffe ich sehr auf Updates), der Bildschirm hat eine schlechte Auflösung und einen lahmen Rechner (da hätte ich lieber für 300,- Euro weniger mein IPad genutzt). Was aber am meisten ins Gewicht fällt, auch das war ein Grund, das Bike mit Bildschirm zu bestellen, Bildschirm/Film und Bike interagieren nicht. D.h. egal ob der Film eine Steigung oder ein Gefälle zeigt, der Tretwiderstand bleibt immer auf dem eingestellten Level. Und von Hand nachzustellen um eine gewisse Realitätsnähe zu erreichen ist doch sehr oldschool. Da kann ich genauso gut wie vorher nach Uhr radeln. Auch hier hoffe ich in absehberer Zeit auf eine Möglichkeit der technischen Aufrüstung oder eines Updates.

“Bad. I did not receive any invite and relevant follow Up of my order. I face issues understanding how the programmes and installments of the rower work. I sent a mail message and am still expecting an answer. No possibility to call a customer center. It's a pity and a shame given the price of the equipment.”
“The product is great and I would give it 5 stars, but at the same time, the customer service of sportstech is terrible. You could also call it non-existent!They state in the order confirmation, that you should approach them after 60 minutes if you don't get details to your delivery. But the issue is, you barely find a way to contact them! No phone number is available and the customer "service" did not answer even one of my 5 emails, asking what is going on. After I got a confirmation that "the product has been sent", another 3 weeks nothing happens until I finally get contacted to agree on a delivery date. Also in those additional 3 weeks, sportstech never even once approached me or answered one of my many emails!Again, the product is great, but I will never buy again anything from this store as you just never know when you receive the purchased good.”
