“The ordering process was simple. Unfortunately the delivery company (dpd) delivered my knives to a completely different address in the wrong town - some 40 miles away. Not Stellar Sabatier's fault. Dpd were hopeless. They confirmed that my delievery had gone to the wrong town but couldn't provide any explanation or help me. I contacted Louis in Stellar's customer service department and he sorted things out immediately arranging for a replacement to be sent which arrived safely within two days. I often think you can judge a company by the way that it puts right mistakes - and they did this prefectly. well done”
