“The construction seems fine but it's a whopping 0.9 liters smaller than the Profile (7000), for which I thought this would be a good replacement. Both were simply labeled 24cm saute pans when I ordered, and additional information about capacity only appeared on the website post factum after I had a lengthy exchange with customer support. I also shouldn't have to waste so much time explaining that, if you make items appear comparable when they're not, it's not on me, so the score reflects that too.”
