“As I paid £88 for this frying pan I at least expected it to be protected in bubble wrap or some sort of covering in a sensible sized box but it arrived unwrapped, squashed on top of the box of other pans that I ordered in a packing box that was too small for it to fit in. The box was bursting and a hole had torn in the corner from which the handle was protruding. A scuffed handle doesn't affect the performance but I would have expected the packing staff to take more pride in the products and wrap accordingly. The pan itself is good quality but the order originally 'didn't process' due to a 'computer error' and took over a week to arrive once I had promoted customer services meaning I received a cheaper than promised free gift because they were out of stock of the one that was meant to be part of my order (the one they sent was also out of stock but the managed to find some in the warehouse). The payment managed to go through as soon as I ordered but no explanation as to why it took so long to find the order and send it out after the 'computer error' was apparently solved.”
