“I love this little pan. It is so nice to use. The size is perfect for small amounts of milk or other things and it pours beautifully, something about its weight and balance. The handle feels good to hold. I like that the hole in the handle is quite big, meaning you can hang it on a hook easily with no fumbling. It goes straight in the dishwasher. I bought it to supplement another milk pan that we use all the time but this one has ended up the favourite. Yes, there was a bit of bother at the beginning getting rid of an annoying sticker. I found very hot water, detergent and scrubbing did the job.”

“Haven't been able to use it and have had it a week. Couldn't remove the sticker from the inside base. Have wasted hours ! Reported it and was told to buy some olive oil!, despite all the time I had wasted. Stella do not seem to me to be customer orientated,especially as ideas told it wasn't a manufacturing fault and could not therefore be replaced! At 78, I can do without this hassle.”

The tips we provided usually fully resolve the described issue, which is a rare occurrence - and we also offered to collect the pan to remove the sticker/residue for you if you were having trouble removing it, and this offer still stands.
