“After reading about microplastics in plastic cutting boards, I got rid of them. Heavier than I thought. I really like that it is made of recycled paper, but it's not as eco as I thought it would be, as it has an antimicrobial finish and I don't think the glue is environmental, or Stellar would have said. Still, a good value.”
