“Great roasting pan, with rack. Like the V shaped rack, keeps the meat off juices and sides allow addition of veg, galic and herbs to enhance gravy.”

“Have several Stellar Saucepans all top quality unlike this Roasting Pan. Design of handles not user friendly as drop to side and not easy to use when in hot oven . Very awkward and I would say burn hazard. Rack cheap quality and bad design as not much room for vegetables under rack . Rack should be at least inch off bottom of pan . Reverted to useing my original Stellar Rack better design and metal twice as strong. Very disappointed with quality and design.”
