“Very good so far, but only had it for 3 weeks. (Had a Rocktanium frying pan longer) It's not simply non-stick, it's very slippery. So much so, that if you want to turn over something in the frying pan, the food can seem to be running away from the spatula ... but at least you know it's not sticking. Nicely shaped, very solid handle.”
