“i previously had non-stick pans. I have tried various non-stick pans and have been completely failed by all of them. None of them have been able to last longer than a few years. So I saw some youtube videos saying how good quality stainless steel was as easy to use as non-stick. Many years ago I had some fairly cheap stainless steel pans and regularly managed to burn food on the base - hence moving to non-stick due to wishing to avoid the scrubbing and scouring needed to clean them. But after years of failed non-stick and having seen life hacks on cooking and cleaning of stainless steel pans I decided to try again. I now wish i'd switched back to better quality stainless steel pans years ago ! These stellar pans are an absolute pleasure to cook with. Ive had them a couple of years now and they look as good as when I bought them. So easy to clean - straight in the dishwasher and they come out sparkling. They cook evenly and have not gone misshapen. I have had a few occassions I have had food burn on the bottom but not many, and i now know that soaking with half a dishwasher tab and warm water on a low heat for 10 mins will remove just about anything - so I know I can clean them easily. I will now never ever go back to non-stick for saucepans. The only thing i struggled with is cooking eggs. i saw videos and you can heat the pan to the right temp and do the water bead test and then a stainless steel pan becomes non-stick. But I found it a faff so I have one non-stick egg pan. The rest are stellar stainless steel eclipse pans. Highly recommended. Also sustainable as you wont need to keep replacing them !”

“I received this set to replace a set I purchased 20yrs ago. They saucepans were as good today as when I bought but unfortunately the rivets holding the handles on had worn away. Under the amazing lifetime guarantee I received this set. If anything, they are slightly nicer than my original set as I like the brushed chrome effect. This companies customer service it second to none . I have worked for many years in customer service myself and wished all companies were the same. I cannot sing the praises of the product, the customer care and the care taken to provide this service enough. Very rare in today’s world. I urge you to slash out the once as it will save you so much money. Replacing saucepans every 5 or so years becomes expensive. Buy quality just the once. You won’t regret it for a second.”

“My daughter requested a set of saucepans for Christmas. I own saucepans that I have had for 55 years and they are still as good as new. I wanted similar for my daughter and was delighted with the quality of the Stellar Eclipse. They are extremely well made and hopefully she will be using for a long time into the future.”
