“I really like this griddle pan, it feels strong and has well defined ridges that sear and cook food perfectly without sticking. The pan is a bit on the weighty side but I hope this means the non stick coating will last longer and not wear away like cheaper pans have done. Got it on sale but even so worth the extra cost in my opinion.”
