The Sunfood Differenceâ„¢
These delectable pitted Peruvian Black Botija olives are packed with nutrition and beautifying oleic acid, a heart-healthy monounsaturated fat.
Our certified organic, fully raw, and naturally ripe Botija olives are hand selected, sea-salt cured, and low-temperature dried for an extraordinary olive experience. Many black olives are picked long before they are ripe, then artificially softened and darkened with a chemical treatment. We prefer pure olive flavor; no chemicals, no preservatives.

I am relieved to know that snacking on these olives are excellent for my health when it comes to monounsaturated fat (the good kind), as well as vitamins A and E, calcium & antioxidants! A perfect match for cottage cheese. They taste amazing. I will definitely be trying the herb version in the future.

really flavorful and potent olives. A little goes a long way to top off dishes, add to salads, pastas, pizzas, omelettes, cheese plates, and more-- so I slice them in half or sometimes even thirds. Great on their own too-- just a few though...

Love these. They're amazingly flavorful and go a long way in salads, pasta sauces, or just about anything you can think of adding them to to pop the overall flavor of the dish you create. They do have a rich, strong (delightful) taste, so I often slice them in half or thirds so they don't take over the entire flavor of whatever I've made. Great with goat cheese (or any cheeses you like). Lots of options, sky's the limit.
