The Sunfood Differenceâ„¢
These delectable pitted Peruvian Black Botija olives are packed with nutrition and beautifying oleic acid, a heart-healthy monounsaturated fat.
Our certified organic, fully raw, and naturally ripe Botija olives are hand selected, sea-salt cured, and low-temperature dried for an extraordinary olive experience. Many black olives are picked long before they are ripe, then artificially softened and darkened with a chemical treatment. We prefer pure olive flavor; no chemicals, no preservatives.

If you are looking for a superb nutrient dense food, loaded with minerals, you must try these sun dried raw black olives. You will NEVER return to the bottled ones again. These have become increasing difficult to find, so I am grateful that Sunfood makes them available. Whether you are keto, vegan, paleo or whatever, they are a must for your culinary repertoire.

The olives are very bitter, but that's typical of olives, I'm planning on using the olives in recipes so the bitterness can be tolerated.

These olives are a little bit on the salty side; but very delicious. I wish that, in the future, Sunfood can consider dropping these olives' salty level. I have tried to mix them with hummus and organic extra virgin olive oil, salad, or just ate them by themselves. They taste great.
