'though it's not as subtle as the Tremella I love, I feel it's been very supportive for quality of sleep. After being a true insomniac of 42+ years (waking every 20-30 min's through every entire night), I've just had two nights in a row of amazing sleep!! I have however only started taking it about a week+ ago, so it could very well be a coincidence, but if so and knowing my body it'd have to be a pretty big one at that!
