“I love this herb so much and some of the others. I suffer with bad anxiety and was on meds for 8 years. Had to come off my meds in November last year as it was causing me bad night terrors. I started Taking reishi soon after I stopped my meds. It truely helped me heal and feel calm. I take it every morning and find that it really helps me to feel calm and grounded. It works so much better then the meds I was on.

“I have just completed using a jar of Reishi, one half teaspoon a day. I find the benefits not dramatic, rather quite subtle. I’m in recovery from an extended bout of extreme anxiety and commenced the Reishi as I was gradually reducing my medication towards zero. At the zero point I was concerned I might not be able to cope but I feel that the Reishi helped to smooth the transition process and gradually my anxiety and tense breathing settled down almost completely. In myself I feel a subtle but tangible sense of enhanced lightness and brightness of being, what I would describe as a “burnishing of my spirit “.”
