The timetable should be checked on the day of travel via the SBB website. If the display on-site shows that the cable car is closed, staff can be asked whether an alternative connection is available.
If an alternative connection is available, a refund is excluded.
Retroactive refunds can only be reviewed if written confirmation is provided stating that the cable car was closed for the entire day and travel was not possible.
