“The fuel itself cannot be reviewed as I have not yet used any of it. However the purchase and delivery can be. The fuel was ordered and after 1 week i had to chase up as to when it would be delivered. The fuel was then delivered 2 days later but couldn't be offloaded as it was too heavy. The subsequent delivery was then made with a motorised pallet truck. This time it was offloaded and abandoned in my drive entrance barring all access and egress to my property. This was then left for a 70 year old to move to allow traffic to flow.”
“Coal is fine not great because it’s not proper coal! But that’s another story. Delivery and organisation 0 stars. Been using this company for years and never had an issue. This time round I will never use again. Missed the first delivery which I can accept as they couldn’t contact me via my contact number. Was charged again for delivery at a cost of £60 only to find on the day of delivery the driver refused to deliver to my kerbside and I had to hire a van to drive it the last half mile to my home. Ridiculous service that I paid twice for and didn’t receive. Never again will I use this company. For the past five years I have had coal from them and had it delivered to my kerbside outside my home. Not sure what the issue was this time other than a jobsworth driver”
