“Good price. Excellent customer services. Only issue is no communication with delivery company and delivery was late arriving the day after the arranged delivery. The tracking system on the delivery app is absolutely awful. Sorry but the delivery company is really letting the coal shop down”
“Lights quite easily and burns away red hot rapidly, leaving small amount of ash.
If used in overnight fire or stove, it has invariably burnt away by morn, sometimes annoyingly with insufficient red ash remaining to aid re-lighting. Disappointed.”
“This is my 1st experience of Newburn smokeless coal . I used the ovals only once so far but they certaintly didn’t disappoint.I put them on a bed of wood embers and they quickly caught alight . They produced a good heat and are reasonably long lasting. I found the bags weight was about right, they were easy to move.”
