“I am rating the experience not the product itself which I haven't used yet. Ignore delivery promises about trucks with cranes and being able to request smaller vehicles. They contract a third party to deliver kerbside. For comparison, before my local coal supplier was bought out they used to be able to reverse their lorry onto and up my drive and off load near my door.”

“Large enough ovals but not too big. Low ash, burns hot & relatively clean but you can have it ticking over on a low heat too. Been using Newburn for at least 6 or 7 years now & it's our go to.”
