“We have been using a multi-burner for nearly 40 years 11 of them just smokeless coal we have had smokeless from different companies over this time but the quality hasn't been anything like newburn multi burner runs 24hrs in a 3-bed semi leaving only 1 tray of dust the heat it chucked out is incredible we have had to lower the vents meaning for less coal we are getting more heat.
This is the second pallet and we haven't even started the second yet.
Normally we are halfway through a second pallet with less heat.
Ordering online is simple confirmation and delivery is so helpful.
The delivery company is as reliable as The Coal Shop and Newburn.
We are over the moon with the company's customer service and product it's cheaper than then previous stuff we have used so its a win.
Wouldn't change from the coal shop now.

“This arrived very well packaged on the pallet with 20kg bags that are easier to lift than other heavier bags. The coals themselves are quite large, making it easy to stack on the fire and they are easy to light. They burn for a long time with a lovely red glow giving out a gentle heat all day long and leave minimal ash. The perfect fuel.”
