“First time buying from the fat butcher, we normally buy from a local butcher but thought I'd give them a go. Bought alot of these joints and also a steak and chicken box. Joint are pretty nice, so smaller than the 1kg but some above weight so overall good value. I would say my meat from my local butcher normally tastes nicer so will buy local moving forward. Joints roast nice and are nice and tender and what I would expect.”
