“Personally I wouldn;t order it again. I cooked it on low and slow for 3.5 hours which should have resulted in a very soft and tender piece. However upon cutting through the cooked piece of meat Iwe all found it tough and full of gristle. Wasn;t too impressed. Cubed it up for a soup instead.”
