“The meat I recieved was the coarse side of the Silverside. Disappointing really. I started rolling Brisket in 1965 and was a butcher till I retired as a Fresh Food Manager. The silverside cooked as a pot-roast was good but not Brisket.”

“First time I have ever had brisket, will not be the last. We cooked it slow in our electric BBQ and it was so moist, soft and tasty. Would definitely recommend”
