“As a huge meat eater l cannot fault the quality of the meat l have received in the past. I would have liked larger portions! Would it be possible to order specific size/weight in the future? I am very happy with the service l have had, the quality of the meat and the packaging. My only concern is with the items being delivered to the wrong address. This has been pointed out to yourselves but was told the system can’t be changed. This means the meat has stood for24hrs somewhere else and the ice bags have thawed before being kindly delivered to me by the people it was wrongfully delivered to. Being disabled it is not possible to go searching for my package, Apart from that the quality and taste keeps me coming back for more”
