“The ribeye steaks were really tender and tasty, but unfortunately some rump steak, which we purchased from you in a previous order, was very disappointing in that it was unaged, was stringy and very chewy to eat. I will be wary of buying the rump again.”

“We enjoyed the flavour of the meat but there wasn't as much fat marbling as I'd expect and all the steaks had a big line of gristle through them. The meat was good otherwise though.”

“Steaks were excellent. Also the joints of meat were up there with some of the best I have ever eaten. And the lean mince, it is lean hardly any fat at all..... Once we get through this lot I will be back. Thanks”
